I'm going to update this post with a handful of good smoothies as I try and test them over time.

Green Smoothie
This has a light watery taste. Pretty easy to just drink and start the day feeling healthier.
Serves 1
- 100ml Water
- squeeze of lime or lemon
- 1/4 cucumber
- a handful watercress or spinach
- a handful of broccoli
- 1/2 pear
- a handful of ice-cubes
1. Place all ingredients into your blender - In this order for Vitamix users & select smoothie programme.
2. Blend and serve immediately.
Based on James Duigan 'Clean & Lean Diet Cookbook p164' which also adds 1tsp grated ginger, 1 celery stick too and omits the pear!
