- 1 Sliced Onion
- 500g cubed Chicken fillet
- 2 tbsp Keen's Traditional Curry Powder
- 425g can Sliced Mango
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Oil
1. Saute 1 sliced onion and 500g cubed Chicken in 1 tbsp Oil for 5 mins.
2. + 2 tbsp Curry Powder panfry for 1 min
3. + 425g Sliced Mang and 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream simmer for 10 mins.
